Senior Manager | Associate Director - M & A

The Role

• Helping to support clients and evaluate investment opportunities
• Assist in structuring and executing transactions
• Preparing high-quality financial models and additional quantitative analysis
• Strategic, commercial and investment decisioning for a range of public and private sector clients
• Significant client interaction, building and maintaining relationships

About You

• Ideally previous M & A and financial modelling experience, at least five years
• Enthusiasm for developing solutions to complex strategic, commercial and financial issues across a range of sectors
• Passionate and motivated by a deals environment
• You could possibly be seeking to transition from Equity Research or Inhouse Corporate Strategy where your modelling skills have been put to the test
• The ability to work independently but also able to collaborate effectively with your team with a high level of self-motivation, energy and drive
