Wealth Management Associate

Our client is one of NZ's leading fund managers with an enviable reputation gained by consistently delivering outstanding results to clients, staff and shareholders. They are looking to appoint a Wealth Management Associate in Wellington to ensure the the efficient functioning of their Wealth management business.

The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys the financial markets, is currently employed in this type of role, is extremely client focused and who has experience in the financial services industry.

The Role:

• Provide support to Advisors servicing clients and be the main point of contact for account opening, onboarding and queries across the breadth of products offered such as KiwiSaver, Investment Funds and DIMS product.
• Put together investment packs for clients and maintaining accurate client records, ensuring KYC/AML compliance.
• Liaise with the Operations team to complete client transactions as well as quarterly and annual DIMS reporting.
• General administration and support duties.
• Help organising client events.

The Person:

• An understanding of the investment advice market and services they provide to clients.
• Tertiary qualified with strong knowledge of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Needs to enjoy working in a fast paced environment with a strong eye for detail, accuracy is imperative.
• Have excellent organisational skills and administrative capability.
