Investment/Wealth Advisor - Property Investment

Our client specialises in residential property mortgages, and they are looking to add  investment advice to their service offering.

We seek a dynamic and knowledgeable Investment Advisor specialising in Property Investment to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 certificate in financial services, with the investment strand, a strong background in real estate markets, investment strategies, and a proven track record of building and expanding businesses, and achieving results driven outcomes.  You may also have experience in kiwisaver and insurance.

This role involves driving business growth through strategic business development, lead generation, and sales conversion.

Responsibilities include:

• Business Development and Lead Generation
• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
• Property Investment Strategy and Advisory
• Market Research and Analysis
• Portfolio Management
• Leadership and Business Ownership

About You:

• Relevant qualification, NZ certificate in financial services level 5, with the investment strand is mandatory.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, and property investment advisory.
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets, investment principles, and financial planning.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of business growth and expansion.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High levels of energy, motivation and enthusiasm.
• You have a genuine passion for the markets and growing client wealth
• You will enjoy strong group support and developing the property investment advisory business.
